The Villas at River Place offers Exceptional Independent Living for seniors. We are located next to Wynwood at River Place, our sister community, so that we can provide a full continuum of retirement and assisted living services to you.
- Dining
Our full service dining program offers three meals a day, prepared with only the freshest ingredients and a variety of menu options.
- Housekeeping Services
We offer light housekeeping services
- Transportation Services
Our trained and licensed transportation staff provides door to door services to shopping, restaurants, and your personal appointments (pre-arranged).
- Programs, Outings and Events
With a variety of programs, outings and/or events daily, there’s always something fun and exciting to do.
- Staff Availability Around the Clock
Our well-trained staff is available 6:00am to 7:00pm. Emergencies after hours will be handled by the Wynwood at River Place, our sister property, when the call system is used.
- Dining Room
Our beautifully appointed main dining room offers an elegant setting for your dining pleasure. There is no assigned seating so you can sit wherever you please.
- Private Dining Room
Our elegant private dining room is available to all residents for anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions.
- Game Room
Our spacious game room has several game tables for playing cards or board games with friends.
- Outdoor Garden Areas
Green thumbs can tend to their favorite plants in our outdoor gardening areas.
- Library
Our library is a great place to relax and read the local paper or enjoy a favorite book.

We are located just two blocks from the Green Belt on the Boise River with easy access for walking

Our beauty/barber shop–run by local, reputable stylists–is conveniently located on the main level.

Dining Services
The Villas offers nutritious, restaurant-style meals served by our trained wait staff, and our chefs are masters at creating traditional meal favorites plus a selection of fresh, flavorful dishes using low-sodium, heart-healthy cooking techniques.
We strive to offer our residents plenty of choices in their dining experience. They choose where to sit and what they want to eat. The dining room has extended hours for residents’ convenience.
Meals are prepared by our trained chefs, using only hand-selected produce, the freshest herbs and spices, and the freshest meat and seafood. The Villas' chefs will gladly cater special events, even preparing dishes from residents’ own recipes. A private dining room is available to entertain family and friends.
Resident comments and menu suggestions are reviewed daily and are used to tailor menu selections. |
