We offer licensed and personalized assisted living services at our community.
- Personalized Service Assessment and Plan
Our personalized assessment evaluates your individual needs and preferences. Then we customize a service plan to meet those needs and preferences. You pay a consistent rate, even as your needs increase in the future.
- Medication Support
Our staff provides comprehensive medication support – from medication reminders to standby assistance to administering medications.
- Assistance with Personal Needs
Our trained staff is there to assist you with your personal needs, in the privacy of your suite/apartment. We provide assistance with – medications, bathing or showering, selection of clothing, dressing assistance, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring and dining assistance.
- Ambulation & Escort Services
We will escort you to meals and activities within the building.
- Three nutritious and appetizing meals served daily
We provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. All of the meals we offer are selected by a registered dietician to ensure optimal nutritional value.
- Snacks available throughout the day
- Housekeeping Services
We clean your suite/apartment regularly and take out the trash when needed.
- Personal Laundry Services
We launder your personal items, linens and towels and change your bed linens. You may do some or all of your own laundry in the complimentary washers/dryers.
- Continence Management
We offer a comprehensive continence management program – from reminders to scheduling to assistance – all a part of your personal service plan and All Inclusive price.
- Nursing Services
Professional nurses oversee the delivery of all health care services to our residents. Our nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Ongoing monitoring of residents’ health status

Sterling House offers nutritious, restaurant-style meals served by our trained wait staff, and our chefs are masters at creating traditional meal favorites plus a selection of fresh, flavorful dishes using low-sodium, heart-healthy cooking techniques.

Meals are prepared by our trained chefs, using only hand-selected produce, the freshest herbs and spices, and the freshest meat and seafood. Sterling House's chefs will gladly cater special events, even preparing dishes from residents’ own recipes. A private dining room is available to entertain family and friends. |
