We anticipate the late summer/early fall 2011 opening of an additional 30 all-private suites where Lexington area residents can benefit from the best available therapy services and exclusive environment  while recovering after a hospital stay.

Richmond Place Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is certified for Medicare and is licensed by the state of Kentucky for the provision of Skilled Nursing Care.  When possible, fees for your nursing and rehabilitation services will be billed to Medicare Parts A or B. Otherwise, private payment for billed services is accepted. If you have Long-Term Care Insurance, you will be provided with information needed for filing of your claims. Limited Medicaid availability exists for those with limited means.

Richmond Place offers nutritious, restaurant-style meals served by our trained wait staff. Our culinary staff is skilled at creating traditional meal favorites plus a selection of fresh, flavorful dishes using low-sodium, heart-healthy cooking techniques.

We strive to offer our residents plenty of choices in their dining experience. Meals are prepared by our trained culinary staff, using only hand-selected produce, the freshest herbs and spices, and the freshest meat and seafood. We will gladly cater special events, even preparing dishes from residents’ own recipes. Private Dining options are available to entertain family and friends.

Resident comments and menu suggestions are reviewed daily and are used to tailor menu selections.
