Private apartments are available in a variety of styles and sizes. Greensboro Place is an intimate, single story building which makes all community areas easily accessible for individuals with limited mobility.

Highly Personalized Services & Care

At Greensboro Place we partner with each resident to design an individualized, personal service plan. Our service planning process, which is unique to Brookdale Senior Living community's, bases service fees on delivering quality service and care to each individual. 

Personalized service plans are reviewed regularly by staff to ensure that we meet the changing needs of our residents. Our trained staff is there to assist with personal needs – bathing or showering, selection of clothing, dressing assistance, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring and dining assistance – 24 hours a day.

• Personalized Service Assessment and Plan
  Our personalized assessment evaluates your individual needs and preferences. Then we customize a service plan to meet those needs and preferences. Your personalized plan is based upon the amount of time it takes to provide quality services. Therefore, you only pay for what you need and want.
• Assistance with Personal Needs
  We provide assistance with – Bathing or showering, selection of clothing, dressing assistance, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring and dining assistance.
• Ambulation & Escort Services
  We will escort you to meals and activities within the building.
• Three nutritious and appetizing meals served daily
  We provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. All of the meals we offer are selected by a registered dietician to ensure optimal nutritional value.

• Housekeeping Services
  We clean your suite/apartment regularly and take out the trash when needed.
• Personal Laundry Services
  We launder your personal items, linens and towels and change your bed linens.

  Professional nurses oversee the delivery of all health care services to our residents. Our nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  Our staff provides comprehensive medication support – from medication reminders to standby assistance to administering medications.

Assisted Living Menus

Greensboro Place offers nutritious, restaurant-style meals served by our trained wait staff, and our chefs are masters at creating traditional meal favorites plus a selection of fresh, flavorful dishes using low-sodium, heart-healthy cooking techniques.

We strive to offer our residents plenty of choices in their dining experience. They choose where to sit and what they want to eat. The dining room has extended hours for residents’ convenience.

Meals are prepared by our trained chefs, using only hand-selected produce, the freshest herbs and spices, and the freshest meat and seafood. Greensboro Place's chefs will gladly cater special events, even preparing dishes from residents’ own recipes. A private dining room is available to entertain family and friends.

Resident comments and menu suggestions are reviewed daily and are used to tailor menu selections.
